| Registration desks are set both at the lobby of Jia Yuan Hotel and Huibin Garden Hotel on Sunday, July 1, 2007 from 8:00am---8:00pm. You can pick up the conference package upon check in. |
| From July 2, the registration desk will be set at the conference site, Shiing-Shen Hall . |

| Welcome Reception: |
| The welcome reception is to be held at 18:00 on Sunday, July 1, 2007. The location is Yi Yuan Hotel on campus (see the map). For the participants staying at Huibin Garden hotel, there will be a shuttle at the gate of Huibin Garden Hotel at 17:30.
From July 2 to 6, we will have a shuttle running between Hui Bin Garden Hotel and the conference site. |
| Talks and Posters: |
| For each poster presentations, we will provide a poster-board of size 0.7 m × 1.2m (about 12 A 4 papers). Poster sections are in the afternoon of Tuesday, July 2 and Thursday, July 4. Please check the program online to see the list of posters on each day. |
| Each contributed talk lasts 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions. Both overhead projector and computer projector are available. The overhead projector can work with either transparencies or papers. |

| Meals: |
| Both Jia Yuan Hotel and Hui Bin Garden Hotel provide free breakfast for their guests. The registration fee covers the buffet lunches and suppers during the conference. Beer is offered at the buffet suppers. There is also a cash-bar available. The location is Yi Yuan Hotel on campus. |
| Every participant needs to enter the dinning hall with the meal ticket. Non-registered companions can buy the tickets from the registration desk. The rate is |

| Chinese Acrobatic and Music Show: |
| There is a Chinese acrobatic and music show on Tuesday, July 3, 2007. The location is Zhong Hua Theater (中华剧场). Every participant needs to enter the arena with the show ticket. |
| We will provide transportation at the lobby of Yi Yuan Hotel at 18:30. The number on your ticket is the number of the bus you should get in. Non-registered companions can buy the show ticket from the registration desk. The rate is $15 (about ￥114 ) per person. |

| Banquet: |
| The conference banquet will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2007, at Green Era Restaurant (绿色时代大酒店). Every participant needs to enter the restaurant with the banquet ticket.
Alcoholic drinks are available at the banquet.
