Please note that the deadline for reserving a dorm room has passed. At this point we cannot accept any more requests for dorm accommodations.
We have reserved a block of dorm rooms for 80 people; they are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The rooms are $36 per person per night and are only available for the full period (double occupancy, including breakfast) with an arrival date of Sunday, August 1, and a departure day of Saturday August 7, 2010. Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and reserved until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. You can indicate on the registration form if you have a prefered roommate.

If you have already registered for the conference and would like to add a space in the dorms, please use this form and fax your request to Fields.
