Registration
Registration fees include attendance at all sessions, the opening reception, and coffee breaks. Meals, however, are not included in the registration fee.

On this system, you can also reserve a hotel room and register for the banquet and the excursion. All participants are encouraged to register by the Early Registration Deadline of April 30, 2012, although the registration will remain open until July 15, 2012.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that an administrative charge of 1,000 JPY will apply to all cancellations made on or before June 30, 2012.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date.
