List of Countries and Regions That Have Visa Exemption Arrangements with Japan

are not required to obtain a visa to enter Japan when the purpose of their visit is commerce, a conference, tourism, visit to relatives/acquaintances, etc.
Nationals of countries that are not on the above list need a visa to attend FPSAC’12. (e.g. China, Russia or NIS countries, Philippines, India.)
