| Registration: |
| Registration desks are set both at the lobby of Jia Yuan hotel and the Huibin Garden Hotel on Sunday, July 1, 2007 from 8:00am---8:00pm. You can pick up the conference package upon check in. |
| From July 2, the registration desk will be set at the conference site, Shiing-Shen Hall . |

| Welcome Reception: |
The welcome reception is to be held at 18:30 on Sunday, July 1, 2007.
Location: Mingzhu Graden Hotel (明珠园) on campus (see the map).
For all the participants lived in Huibin Garden hotel, there will be a shuttle outside of the Huibin Garden Hotel at 17:30.

| Talks and Posters: |
| Poster presentations will have access to one side of a poster-board of size width 0.7m, height 1.2m (about 12 A4 papers). Poster sections are in the afternoon of Tuesday, July 2 and Thursday, July 4. Please check the program online to see the list of posters on each day. |
| Each contributed talk lasts 30 minutes including 5 minutes for questions. Both overhead projector and computer projector are available. The overhead projector can work with either transparencies or papers |

| Meals: |
The registration fee covers the buffet lunches and suppers during the conference. Beer is available at the buffet suppers.

There is also a cash-bar for wines.

| Conference Site: |
The conference will be held at the
Shiing-shen Building
(省身楼) of Nankai University, where the Chern Institute of Mathematics is located, which is named after the late Professor S. S. Chern.
The Shiing-shen Building is located in the central teaching zone of Nankai University . On its east is a lawn, where the statue of Premier Zhou Enlai stands in the very centre. Inside the Shiing-Shen Building are the library, lecture halls, and more than 60 offices. |
